If you ordered a letter by midnight 15th December, your letter will arrive during the week before Christmas. Our offices are closed between 16.00GMT on 24rd December and 4th January.
- If your letter has not arrived yet and you want a PDF copy of your letter, send us an email with your order number and the recipient name and we'll email you a copy of your letter.
- We cannot resend any letters in the mail as of 15th December.
- If you ordered a letter directly with us and the letter did not arrive in time for Christmas, please email us on info@fatherchristmasletters.co.uk with your order number. We will then issue a full refund when we re-open in January.
Delivery
Your letters were dispatched as indicated below - they will arrive up to 5 working days later in the UK and 10 days later outside of the United Kingdom.
